What Should I Wear?
Clients usually undress to their comfort level; you will be properly draped with sheets for privacy at all times.
Do I need to Shower Before?
It is not mandatory, but clients should be clean and free of heavy perfumes.
What if I need to use the restroom?
Let the therapist know at any time.
Is it okay to talk?
Yes, or you can request a silent, relaxing session.
Will it hurt?
While deep tissue can be intense, it should not be agonizing. Communicate if pressure is too high.
What if I fall asleep or drool?
This is very common, especially during relaxation massage.
